Ingredients
  1. 1 pint grape tomatoes
  2. 1 Vine Ripe Tomato or 2 Roma Tomatoes
  3. 1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes soaked and drained
  4. 1 large Carrot
  5. 1 Red Pepper
  6. 1-2 Cloves Garlic
  7. 1/3 Anaheim pepper or jalapeno
  8. 1/2 Tsp salt
  9. 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  10. 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
  11. Dash Black Pepper
  12. 1/2-1 Avocado

  13. Optional
  14. Add in a few walnuts
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and mix until chili consistency
Notes
  1. After making the base I mixed in some shredded carrot, celery and red and green onion. I also added fresh pea sprouts and romaine.
