Ingredients
  1. One head Cauliflower
  2. 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  3. 1 Tomato
  4. 2 Spring / Green Onions
  5. Small wedge Red Onion
  6. 1/2 Anaheim pepper
  7. 1/4-1/3 Jalapeno
  8. 1/3 Cup Cilantro
  9. 2 Cloves Garlic
  10. 1 1/2 Tsp Pink Sea Salt
  11. 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  12. 1 Tsp Cumin
  13. 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  14. 1 Lemon
  15. 1/2 Lime
Instructions
  1. Shred Cauliflower in food processor, empty into bowl
  2. Into the food processor shred: Peppers, tomato, Onions, Cilantro, Garlic
  3. Once veggies are shredded mix together thoroughly with cauliflower
  4. Stir in powdered spices
  5. Add juice of lemon, mix well
Notes
  1. *Serve this way or add to dehydrator for 3 hours and serve warm.
  2. **Sprinkle with Lime juice just before serving
