Raw Doughnuts or Waffles

Using the same recipe you can form the dough into doughnuts or if you have a waffle maker add some clingwrap and use the appliance to form the dough into waffles and dehydrate! This recipe is so yummy as is but add some chocolate frosting or maple syrup, some almond butter, a few chopped nuts this is devine!

Ingredients
  1. 3 Cups Raw Buckwheat Groats (soaked for 2 hours and rinsed)
  2. 1 1/2 Cups Raw Pecans (soaked and dehydrated prior)
  3. 1 Tsp Pink salt
  4. 2 Cups Raw Sugar
  5. 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  6. 1 Scoop Raw Vanilla Protein Powder
    (Garden of Life is what I use)
  7. 2 Cups Ground Flax Seed
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into food processor except Flax Seed
  2. Process until smooth 3-5 minutes
  3. Add mixture to large bowl
  4. Stir in ground flax seed, Combine well
  5. Let sit for 20 minutes
  6. Make into doughnut shapes and/or Waffles
  7. Dehydrate at 115 degrees 8-10 hours
  8. Flip and dehydrate for 20-30 minutes
  9. Top with chocolate syrup or frosting or almond butter, syrup a few chopped nuts...YUM
