I used to get coconuts from the health food store now I get them at the Asian market bc they are so much cheaper! I paid $16 for this case!! This is all I bought bc this was mostly for the next week as the pineapple takes a while to ripen, so I usually buy for the next week and go shopping once more for the current week if I need a few thigns. This week I had lots of bananas left, dates, about 30lbs oranges and tons of greens, and many other veggies, always have rice and frozen fruit as well. hope that helps..
