    or use 1 tsp powder Tumeric
  7. 1 Garlic clove
  8. 1-2 heads Romaine Lettuce
  9. 1 Bunch Celery
  10. 4 Apples
  11. 3 Carrots
  12. Optional : Water from Thai white Coconut
Instructions
  1. Prep all ingredients by giving a nice wash and chop to smaller chunks for best extraction
  2. Juice all ingredients in Juicer of Your Choice
