Ingredients
  1. 1 Head Cauliflower
  2. 1/4-1/3 Cup First Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  3. 1 Tsp Salt
  4. 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper (optional)
  5. 2 Tsp Cumin
  6. 2 Tsp Paprika (I prefer Hungarian)
  7. 2 Tsp Chili Powder
  8. 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  9. 5 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
Instructions
  1. Chop cauliflower into bit size pieces
    approx 1/2 -1 inch in size
  2. Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower
  3. Add Salt, Pepper, Spices and Yeast
  4. Stir well 2-3 minutes to incorporate evenly
  5. Taste to see if it needs any additional seasoning
Notes
  1. Eat just like it is raw, or dehydrate for 1-2 hours for a cooked taste/feel
  2. Dehydrate for 2 days for really crispy (popcorn chicken like)
  3. **Varied spices depending on size of Cauliflower, tweak to your preference
