Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup Raw Cashews soaked for 2 hours
  2. 1 1/2 Tsp Pink Sea Salt
  3. 1/4 -1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  4. 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  5. 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  6. 1/3 Small Zucchini (leftover bits)
  7. Pinch of Dried Thyme
  8. Pinch of Dried Italian Seasoning
  9. 1/2 Cup Warm Water
  10. Juice of 1/4 Lemon (optional try both ways!)
Instructions
  1. Strain soaked nuts, rinse
  2. Add all ingredients to Blender
  3. Blend well
  4. Pour over veggie noodles, or use as a dip
Notes
  1. I especially like this over Spiralized Zucchini!
