Ingredients
  1. 1 pint grape tomatoes
  2. 1 Vine Ripe Tomato or 2 Roma Tomatoes
  3. 1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes soaked and drained
  4. 1 large Carrot
  5. 1 Red Pepper
  6. 1-2 Cloves Garlic
  7. 1/3 Anaheim pepper or jalapeno
  8. 1/2 Tsp salt
  9. 1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  10. 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
  11. Dash Black Pepper
  12. 1/2-1 Avocado

  13. Optional
  14. Add in a few walnuts
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor and mix until chili consistency
Notes
  1. After making the base I mixed in some shredded carrot, celery and red and green onion. I also added fresh pea sprouts and romaine.

  3. 1 Cup Soaked Sun-dried Tomatoes
  4. 1 Tsp Salt
  5. 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  6. 1 Tsp Cumin
  7. 1/2 Anaheim Pepper
  8. 1/3 Jalapeno Pepper
  9. 1 Clove Garlic
  10. 2 Green Onion
  11. Juice of 1 Lime
  12. Juice of 1 Lemon
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into food processor
  2. Process well until paste like consistency

  1. Use it as a side dish or add to a wrap!
